This has been a long time coming for me, I can only imagine what it’s been like for the owners and those more intimately involved with the creation and opening of this amazing gym. I’m proud to be working at such a great place. To the good times!
From my email box:
From 3 PM tomorrow, the gym is OPEN!
We’ve traveled a long road to get to this point. We are so grateful for your support and for the fact that you had interest in the gym before it was open to the public for a single hour. THANK YOU!
Rest assured, we will be celebrating with a grand opening party in the few weeks. But first, it’s time to climb. We invite you and the general public to climb for free tomorrow, from 3 PM – 11 PM. From then on, the gym will be open for regular business hours. Yoga classes will start on Friday. Let’s get to it!
Parking reminder: For the sake of our neighbors at the Brewery, please make sure to park between the horse sculpture and the gatehouse on South Avenue 21, or on Moulton St. The artists at the Brewery all have some anxiety that their parking spaces will be snapped up by climbers, so let’s not jump into their spots even when it’s hectic during our first few days. Also note that Bus Line 76 goes from Union Station right by the gym, and that we are installing new bike racks out front.
